Clearly both failed...CBN is the dumbass..Jagan is another..welfare schemes need income. AP ki income generate city ledhu. Without that incone it would be burden on general public esp Middle and lower middle class .as they dont qualify on welfare schemes but they have to contribute much for the state income...welfare schemes should be like a medicine when sick.

Dude - amravati is not KG capital - it is state capital. If you want equal development of village and city at the sametime you should elect a mao.
