I am not saying it is not tasty but i never feel good after eating it. It burns my stomach and i can taste the MSG and food coloring. Maybe i am sensitive i dont know. I faar perfer mutton rice with normal masala.

Anyone like me ?

Me too, I hate the burping after eating the masala.  I think I overeat because of the taste and suffer later on.  usually I will have a beer or atleast soda along with it, which will make it even worse.

Past few years , I am having Afgani food (Kabuli pulao)  to compensate my cravings for carbs(biryani).

i dont think it is possible to make hyd biryani at home. You never get the same taste. So i had to buy. I am pretty sure some of the ingredients are not so good - it can be some food coloring or something.

I can easily tell there is something artificial about the taste and the chef doesnt know how to handle the artificial ingredients well.

MSG antav intlo cheste you will  never get the same taste antav,

em kavali biryani without MSG which is as tasty as one with MSG ?? adi ela possible.

different ingredients gives the different taste.

nuvvu intlo cheste same oil, same process follow avvu same taste ostadi. prepare spices fresh.

functions lo chese bagara rice and pappu taste same 2 same intlo enduku vundadu ilanti vatiki em cheptham;

edi nachchute adi tinu kaka.

I dont like any spicy food- esp stuff that is made with masala (like biryani, north Indian curries etc.) my body cant take it. They are very tasty and all, kani tempt aite anthe sangatulu- acidity,bloating lanti chetta issues. I usually prefer simple flavors anduke. Got tested for ulcers etc. there is no reason for this kind of reaction, it has been the same since my undergrad days;  I just like chappidi food like muddapappu/perugannam or salads or bland flavors like that of Japanese food. Simple flavours aite best. Ee madhya avakaya kuda chala spicy feel vastundi, I guess this is it for my life. Simple+ subtle flavours chaalu ee jeevitaniki.

Kabuli Pulao is good, chala plain untadi flavour, no explosive taste
