don't know about pulivendula but other towns lo it's the same political leaders who switch YCP to TDP or vice versa. 

it's like which poison would you choose ?

• typical business people will pick a leader for their settlements ( current or future), they need to pay safety fee everytime there is an election.
• youth are easy to manipulate
• caste obsession is huge
• other caste leader ni financial ga leptharu and then ask him to do free marketing for the main leader. It works in great way.
• money accept chesaka they feel guilty for not voting to them
• if you are vocal about who you vote and who you don't vote then you will be targeted 

this is standard formula all over india... why did you even have this dumb question ?
