Mine is 23 days old.. no sleep no help not working jus logging in

Inputs Ivandi… plss

I can understand that it is very challenging especially with first kid. I have one 3 year old and another 6 month old. If you can share with what exactly you are feeling stressful caring a baby I can share some tips.

You have to sleep when the baby sleeps… and take turns.. if you want to have a full uninterrupted 8 hrs sleep, you can forget about it for the next 2 years… give the mom enough rest so that they recover fast and life will be easy for you later.. otherwise this cycle will continue for a longer time..

all the baby does at this age is eat, poop and sleep… they cry if they are hungry or have some indigestion…

planning is very important if you are working.

week end  you have to do lot of prep work so that in week days the cooking will not take much time or best is ask around if any family provide curries which are home made (dont get food from restaturant)as new moms need special diet.

The special diet will help mom get more milk and recover fastly from their rebirth (delivery)

9 days old baby here..no parents or in laws help..managing by self..luckily Kid is not colic..so far enjoying this phase 🙂

baby not being colic is the biggest thing you can ask for as new parent........waking up every 3 to feed the baby is not easy but manageable

but it get super hard to handle to colic baby, working and without parent.........even with parents its really hard. i have seen a friend in this situation.....parents get sleep deprived and get irritated as we put them into this situation.
