Hybrid Vehicles

I almost finalized on Highlander , but now having second thoughts if I should go for Highlander Hybrid

Highlander seems to be the only vehicle in its class with a Hybrid

Did anyone get hybrid vehicles like Highlander or Sienna , how are they? Are they really worth the extra 3k ?

any other good alternatives to these vehicles? hearing about Pacifica but its too pricey compared to Sienna may be because of tax credits..

I may mostly drive on highways for work and may be some 20-30% in city , the highlander MPG is 21/29 for city/highway , for hybrid its 36

not looking for AWD as it may not be needed

Also , hearing that the govt will expand the electric vehicles credits , is it better to wait until this is clear to buy a car?

Suggestions pls

The 3k difference between normal and hybrid vehicles will take atleast 4 years to recover , ade ye ETF lo vesina it could probably grow another 30% which could only add to more recovery time so a bit confused as it could take several years to break in on Hybrid , Am I thinking this wrong?

If you drive more than 15k/ year hybrid is a worthwhile investment

Below 10 k it's not worth spending more on hybrid

No one knows what Biden will pass , he's flip flopping all over the place. So it's better not to wait for govt policy if you need a vehicle now

Alternatives are kia Telluride Telluride / hyundai pallaside but it's really hard to get these at msrp nowadays

I'm expecting my yearly mileage to be around 10k-12k , 10k seems to be most possible depending on how much I travel etc

Yeah , Kia Telluride seems to be going a lot above MSRP in the place I live, Hyundai Palisade looks really good exterior and interior wise but the MPG seems to be really poor 19/26 , also I trust Toyota a little bit more than Hyundai..

your answers always seem to be on point , thanks man..

You couldn't go wrong with kia/ hyundai too . All the people who owned them are extremely happy , especially kia Telluride owners.

The car looks better than luxury brand vehicles and attracts lot of attention

But highlander hybrid seems best for you , Toyota is indeed built to last a lifetime

I'm driving Hyundai Palisade for almost 20 months now. I'm extremely happy with vehicle. Very spacious and feature packed vehicle. Power is good too. Though I own an AWD.
