No they gave the cheques to almost every white card holder in villages because I know a few yaanadi tribals who got the cheque and were never part of any dwacra groups.

You know that’s how it works…money will never reach intended popukation. White card holders, ruling party beneficiaries, some women became DWCRA members overnight and some didn’t yet they received the money…

The problem was, money was distributed to voters who had already decided to vote for TDP to keep the flock together and this made other voters furious. 
 

How not to implement a populous scheme before the election anedaniki Pasupu-Kumkuma and Dalitabandhu schemes are primary examples.
