House prices might not come any lower, because of demand/supply ratio

But once the feds increase interest rate, might have a correction any btw 3 - 15% not more than that, depending on the metro....NC is not I don't think it will go down more than 10%....

Again even though prices go down just a Lil, since interest rates went up.....your monthly payments will be significantly more

Long story short, buy now before interest rates go up...you will end up with less monthly payments
