They wont finish project in time citing budget issues. manaki massive inflation based loss. Full kirikirs and panchayati luuu. utter nonsense ayithadhi.

This is actually a better deal, as long as considerable amount is paid upfront as advance and good will.

adcanve and goodwill kinda 1.5C varaku vachina, I will say it is a better deal on one condition project will complete in 3 years and builder has enough reputation to take up a project of this scale.

65-35% 

and no change in builder management information pakka sesukoni, in time lo nacchinattuuu flats isthe. May be TS can consider.

Token amount 70 lakhs annadu antha kalipi kaada.. Acre ki intha ani rate vuntada? Konchem chinna builder ye.. partnership la kattindanta..own nadipistundu..
