In Kokapet it is actually 80-20 and there will be more floors. Those apartments are also very expensive so the land owners will make enough money. High rise ante you have to have amenities too to get permission. All those are big costs for the builders. TS side oka tower lepi next tower ala leputharu, but in kokapet it will be single shot for all towers mostly because of wealthy builders in the game.
