There are multiple things to consider… 

How many truck loads of soil do you need? 
how many people do you need to level it down? What equipment do you need and how much it costs for the rental??

you need to find someone who did this before… contractors or engineers.. it is hard to estimate until someone with expertise looks at the land.. 

otherwise you will only know when you get into it..
