Clerks/cashiers can get transferred to neighboring states (2 to 4 states or circle as you called )… Level 4 employees line attenders etc are transferred within the state… Officers like Assistant managers and above are transferred across the country… Only female employees have exemptions because of preferential transfers that allows them to be close to their families… I understand it doesn’t make sense.. but that is how rules are… there are minor differences in these rules between banks but they are more or less the same…

How do you know its bangalore., I know rural places also having this problem especially with banks like icici and hdfc.

Even if it is bangalore. Transferred people can work in back office. Front office if your bank is not willing to train you and put you in this position then you cannot lash out against the customer.

Adhi reactionary. Canara bank should apologize to people of karnataka publicly and take corporate initiative to ensure every customer is  served in the language of the area. And the employee must be disciplined for being rude to the customer.

sava laksha yaada vunnai va. Okka telugu is spoken by nearly 9 crore people - more than germany or france or spain. How much you trash the languages of the country - malla desh bhakth anta.

Telugu is spoken in as many as 3-4 states..andulo majorly in two states and minority in another 2-3 states.

Level 4 is line attenders  ah? I'm not sure what you are talking if its about scales, scale 4/5 are senior management, they are not line attenders   and the interstate postings happen only after scale 5.  Madhyo ICT chestaru but avi antha easy ga aite cheyare. However, Bangalore aina kuda, it is really rude. Kannadiga cannot understand hindi, what's wrong in forgetting your nationalist ego for once and accomodating customer request? Corporate lo work chesinapudu vachina rakuna english lo matladatle? Local peopl ni serve cheyadanki local language enduku nerchukovaddu?
