overall ga, H4's ki 3 years lo, they can at theor best work for 2 and half years only considering the existing rules. 

without these rules, ide jarugtundi..with new set of rules it's still the same stuff..

naseeb ani okati vuntadi..konni konni sarlu adi manaki tagultu vuntadi...inkonni cases lo aithe intiki vachi, talupu tatti, nidra lepi breakfast petti mari EAD chetilo petti ellipotundi..

I know a classic case where it took 14 months for H4 to approve. 3 years lo 14 months H4 extension ki, inkoka 2 months EAD ravadaniki pattindi...now this fella is left with 18 motnhs of EAD...ante 3 years la eediki ochindi 18 months EAD matrame..
