India poyi vasthe appudu new I-94 vasthadi....but appatike already EAD file chesi vuntav with a different I-94..so it's a problem still.

kottha I-94 vacchaaka EAD file cheddaam ante you cannot take advantage of 180-days rule.

It may take upto 120 days to publish the rule, every one is acting like it’s been given right now.

Apply chesi 7 months aindi, 2 expedite requests , another expedite through senator, another through presidential office, nothing worked.

if H4 EAD extension is filed by having valid H4 then automatic extn upto 180 days
