Nah..not at all.

Avinash or Jagan, might not know about this murder. if they were involved, they would have planned it in a much better way. In a way where they would have looked for mutual benefits. But Viveka's death did not really reaped any benefits politically.

Murder happened to permanently bury some dark secrets ani nammutunna nenu. Jagan might be aware of death threats but might not have expected to happen that night. Idedo instantly planned murder laaga vundi to conceal dark secrets...financial or personal but I feel viveka was eliminated "QUICKLY".

and Jagan's hesitant in investigation, creates suspicion that they only took time to erase the evidence and plant a new story...Jagan is not an idiot not to expect a CBI enquiry. But CBI took over, I'm sure they cooked up a story and planted new evidence.

The motive will never be known. Only conspiracy theories will prevail, but the actual motive will never be known.

I don't know, I am not from Kadapa. But I know that anyone that murders as brutally as this murder shouldn't be allowed to rule us no matter what.

my cousin who's from kadapa told a different story ba..

its completely silly anuko. he said that viveka married some younger girl from a muslim family at that time and abandoned her. the family came to have talks with him, and stuff escalated, and viveka got murdered.

I am pretty sure this is a big BS story.

if this is true, it is very easy to point the culprits and book them to jail. they don't need to drag this case this long. 

Also, if this is true, then it's clean chit for Jalaga. so he would have forced police to catch the culprits immediately.
