Not really. People who gave up land are normal people. 33,000 acres lo blanket acquisition. of course, before this happened, some pulkas did buy the land and gave it to the pool, ikada peddaga emi profit avaledu.

The actual fraud is surrounding these 33,000 acres of land. Pulkas have picked up substantial extent of land at exorbitant rates.

It is by indian law that government backed borrowings cannot default , but there is no clear mechanism on what will happen when it does default

Narayana bought atleast 3-4k acres , completely legal ofcourse.

Don't be surprised to hear stories of private money lenders chasing after him in few years if the real estate project doesn't revive

I guess that's why Jagan anna isn't able to find out the fraud, it's not in AP CRDA, it's in the surrounding area.

You run a simple data query in the database and all the details of land transactions happened will come up literally within minutes. 

Jaggadiki telidu anukuntunava ? Every major pulka who amassed lands around CRDA have already made truce with Jagan. and settlement kinda already thousands of crores settlements kuda ayipoi vuntayi..

Pathipati Pulla Rao and Narayana are good examples. Who did not fall in line went to jail, Dhulipalla Narendra lantollu.

Wait and watch, Amaravati Project will be re-started on smaller scale again by Jagan....May be 2022 oe 2023. Not the grand scale like CBN did but on a smaller scale.
