Why getting offended by the rape quote? Are you brave enough to send your sister/wife in public transport alone at night? A girl gets gang raped in the national capital,, not in a village but Capital and we see sympathizers of the rapists in news. Show me one democratic country where rapists get the sympathy and blame the girl for getting out at night? 

I am sure other countries don’t boast that they treat women like mother/goddess. But we do and sure enough we have uncountable rapes that do not get reported. That is the India he wants to get rid of. 

Crime is always in minuscule percents but that doesn’t mean we should not stop it or take measures to prevent it.

We say "there is only one God, we are peaceful" and then go behead the people that say otherwise.

Both A and B exist everywhere, that is not special to India or any one country or one region. 

Is there any place where there are only bad people and no good people or vice-versa? (unless everyone is a clone made from a single person), thats why people came up with police and this entire Judicial system, which exists in all countries.
