it did not appear like he is mocking or criticizing the drawbacks, rather he is generalizing the whole population basing on the actions on few, 

its like saying all muslims are terrorists, it is still racist even if the speaker is a muslim.

Exaggeration is part of sarcasm. All comedians do that. Andaru rape chestunnaru ani kaadu akkada meaning. His intent is to invoke us so that we don’t forget that such atrocities have happened and we strive to abolish such crimes. Muslims and terrorists meeda countless jokes unnai. They are not spared.

1. exaggerating a certain truth is different from making inaccurate statements.

2. Jokes, probably on terrorists, or muslims, but not while generalizing whole muslim population to be terrorists. 

I am not hating on the video, I just did not like when he said "We gang rape women at night"   I agree there are rapes, no one denies them.

Only a small percent of rapes get reported. And marital rapes don’t even get reported. His statements are not inaccurate. They are meant to incite the school of thought to bring a change. Remember accepting that there is a problem is the first step to a solution.
