fry items aapaali 1st .. junk food kuda stop chey .. as they contain lot of oil/butter/cheese 

work-out cheyi daily .. like 30mins running .. u will be good in 3-months .. cholesterol thaggaali ante diet and work-out important .. 

stop eating red-meat .. like mutton mostly ..

3 months baga exercise chesi diet control pettukuni malli checkup ki vellu..if it increases then take medication. Jeans ni batti vaste medicine vadamani doctors suggest chestaru..stress vunte tagginchuko..
