avunu ra bhai , u’ll have get permission to transport ur farm produce from ur farm to market , off course ppl by pass this law giving bribes to police at check posts etc,.

but legally u need permission from MRO to transport ur yield outside ur district or state antey AP lo nee farm lo dragon fruit ni kashmir thesukuvelli ammalev

It is true that states still insist that agricultural produce over 400kilos should only be sold via mandis.

but many states have amended their APMC guidelines to allow farmers to directly sell to retailers. that's why you get veggies at reasonable rates at most superstores.
