Any idea how much billing they offer sr developer 8 yrs exp. Tech is java / .net. vendor offering  50 on W2 I am surprised is that low for Calif location ? With employee market?

Lastly how would be work environment.

Yes same doubt. My guess client pays min 80-100k. So vendor is taking major cut here.

Vendor runs payroll. On W2 but still I feel less but I am not sure market rate. Even Midwest they pay 65-70. East coast they pay 85-90. I am like WTF.
