That's because she is dead with no political heirs , her legacy is over.

A lot of people love Jayalalithaa especially women , now that she has no political heirs and no legacy left

Amaravathi oka white elephant , worthless drain of money . 

Hyderabad was already a wealthy city with plenty of govt land . The city can develop it self with no assistance from state.
