Naayana ,just GST produced by hydrerabad is enough to fund GHMC several  times over 

Gst produced by present amaravathi is almost negligible . 

Perhaps make a law that gst/ income tax share from amaravathi goes to its governing body

So hyd is funding other parts of telangana. then other parts of telangana shouldnt exist - why should hyd fund them. Every city and village must be making profits from day one.

Naayana chandigarh was built by Delhi on govt land , same way gandhinagar was built by Gujarat over govt land 

Please go through their costs and comapre wthem with proposed amaravathi costs
