Appu ,  central govt has clearly said they will not give more than 2500 crores which was already granted 

Those 2500 crores are enough to build all govt complexes and basic roads just like naya raipur was built

Just because we are questioning the viability of amaravathi doesn't mean we support the shambolic welfare schemes of present AP govt . 

Amaravathi will be the capital , all funds from center for capital will be spent on amaravathi along with any land sale

Amaravathi will be treated as one of the cities of AP and funds will be adjusted accordingly .

Make money from vizag  and distribute it to the state 

The same that's been happening in Hyderabad , bengaluru , Chennai ,etc

None of these cities require external expenditure by state , they generate enough taxes internally to expand and generate more

Decentralised development doesn't mean backward  and unviable areas become suddenly developed 

It means the state allocates money to each area based on their tax generation and they will grow at their own rate . 

Areas with potential and natural advantages will grow with any govt at helm without much expenditure.

If amaravathi is self sustaining project then no one can stop its growth , just like how sricity will keep on growing without any state support
