According to division promise each district was supposed to get one major institute

State govt has no say except deciding where inside the district are these allocated . 

Besides every college here outside amaravathi , tirupathi are not even there. 

Try finding NIOT in Nellore , it's not there

already lot of infra in place, just administrative buildings katteste it could have taken itself forward.

hypothetically speaking...lets assume Amaravathi is reality now...how many ppl will leave their jobs in hyd/blr and other places and live in Amaravathi?

I assume 0 because cost of living will increase (because rents will increase) but salaries will be on par with Amaravathi standards...not sustainable at all.

The rents in amaravathi area were actually higher than hydrerabad from 2016-18 

Some idiots are saying companies will move due to planned city but why is Gujarat's capital city which is a planned city is considered a failure and barely attracts any investment despite a lot of infra expenditure by the state 

People need to differentiate between capital and investment destination. 

Amaravathi can be the capital but it's just a bad investment destination

can you show a parliament bill mandating the delhi govt that all these MUST be alloted to each distrcits. If its not there then state government directed it.

You seem to beleive Delhi is much fairer than state when they have much poorer record on social spending or general fairness in anything.
