All these vlogs which show huge houses which even film stars cannot own in AP/TG is shameful flaunting of wealth. Their biggest achievement is getting a visa - a lot of people back in AP/TG have the capacity to do same work.

These vlogs increase materialism even more and encourage more corruption.

I heard the same argument when I was a kid… if a person buys a car (which is kinda rare in a small town), people who see that car used to say that he is showing off his wealth and wished that he lose his wealth…

If it is hard earned money, who are we to tell them what to do…. There are a ton of people who came to US from India on family visas and work visas and Didn’t make money and live paycheck to paycheck… so it is definitely not about getting lucky with visa… if a person is financially smart, they can make money anywhere in the world…

american will not feel much if you show off houses -

No, showing off is a very American thing to do. It's how American economy runs. Watch keeping up with the Joneses.

American dream is biggest scam , and joneses are not happy or rich as they appear .... don't exaggerate and mislead... American economy is run by corporates , as soon as government stop supports , they move and american dream become bad dream.... you can say , this is how it run for decades , yeah sure it is but everything has expire date

coming to showoff - 99% of those people are buying homes on loans , even I know few people who even doesn't have emergency fund but bought homes .... its not showing their wealth , it is showing their debt

People make good money in UK also but they dont get big houses because in Uk and europe land availability is not there.

Yem hard earned money - even a mainframe develoepr at 100k can afford a 500k house on one acre lot in many many suburbs. it happened simply because you are in usa - nothing else.

who can build a house in india in one acre lot with municpal drainage and water ?

Question is why would anyone want a house in a 1 acre land. I mean both of them are going to end up in a 7 foot grave, why would it matter that someone is living in a acre and someone not?

baabu. Not everyone who sees them will think in that way or know the entire background. They will think they hit the lottery and will increase their frustration to do something to get that.
