DalchanChekka
Not when desi uncles become citizens and sponsor citizenship to the elder kid before they turn 18/ 22 ( am not aware of the eligible age) If the kid is missing opportunities for not being a citizen then definitely it will trigger different emotions.

DummyVariable
Won’t they get into better universities? The fee will be higher but rather that than not having admissions at all.

But Desi uncles are coming to America with middle school going kids. It's impossible to get citizenship before their college. Most students age out of H4 and have to go on F1. Thokkalee
Some people send their families to India if the kids age out and not become eligible for GC... and some manage to come back on F1 visa... Blame chesthe chesthaaru... no one can do anything about it... they will eventually understand...

International students make up 12-18% at top universities and if they are private universities it is even more. By citizenship these students are international, yeah.. That much age difference between two kids is possible but a bit rare
