I doubt this is valid legally , def it should be challenged. It is a private business , any one can put any price and sell them. People interested can come and watch a movie. It is similar to buying a cool drink. How it looks if govt interfere and set a price for Pepsi, thumbsup , govt is not a stake holder.  

Govt can only regulate the price when Govt buy a movie and play to public like AP beverages corp ltd , AP civil supplies like ration shops.

govt ki poor and middle class meedha antha prema unte education and hospitals treatment meedha pettali regulation…like builders can’t sell 2 bed room house for more than 10 lakhs and big surgeries should not be more than 1 lakh ani…adhi helpful avuthadhi poor and middle class Ki

 

50 rs ticket ni 100 rs ki ammithe middle class for a family of 4 200rs thaggithadhi…ye middle class vaadu monthly one time munch poru movie ki..so it’s 200rs per month diff… education fee and hospitals are major expenses for them

This is brought to bring whole film industry to treat jaglan him on the same level as KCR 

This has nothing to do about taxes or even targetting PK . 

Online ticketing system isn't a big deal but limiting flexible pricing and fixed shows are

 more regulations only leads to more corruption . I hope the high court strikes it down or government relaxes the law a bit
