This has nothing to do about taxes or even targetting PK . 

Online ticketing system isn't a big deal but limiting flexible pricing and fixed shows are

 more regulations only leads to more corruption . I hope the high court strikes it down or government relaxes the law a bit

Intention adaina there is 1 good thing about this will be   cost control mari last 10 years lo hero & heroines (north below middle class kaju, tammu ikkada vacchi kathalu movie ki 2c anta) remunerations peaks lo unnayi movie fail aithe huge losses malla evaru industry vaipu chudatledu producers/distributors so films taggipothunnayi employment loss.. hopefully e move tho cost control ayyi we see more films more work heros ki money ivvadam after a certain amount money is just a number but for many daily struggle...

There is lot of irregularity in tocket prices and benefit shows. Govt ki taxes eggoduthunnaru films meedha. Malli govt nunchi freebees thengatam lo first

That is upto the market to decide , not governments
