MACH
DB folks. Need suggestions on how to quit current job with client without burning bridges. Long story short. Working at client location through prime vendor. Few days back (may be a month or 2 months ago) VP asked me if I am interested to take FT and I can work on some new initiatives. I said the job and tech are interesting. but, those are not the only considerations. It is a start up and very short resourced. They added 4 new members to team. But, all are like new to tech and pretty much learning on the job. This is giving me nightmares as they keep repeating same mistakes and entire responsibility to fix falls on me along with teaching them. Now, I got a FT offer outside and H1 approved. I will be putting papers may be next week. How to quit gracefully without burning bridges. Kharma kaali aa vp gadu 2 weeks vacation ki poyadu india ki 🤦♂️.
