There are two types of thinking.

1. The politics of AP are mostly caste driven. If you ask this question to someone of a Reddy community. He says Jagan. Similarly Chowdary community feels Chandra Babu Naidu.
2. Jagan is giving a lot of free gifts (from public money to public). If you are the one who takes or accepts or wants free gifts, you love Jagan. If you want to work hard and earn money, you like Chandra Babu.
3. If people want development new projects, highways, dams, etc., then CBN is preferred, if you want free gifts on one name or the other, Jagan is best.

The only difference in TDP then and now is that the party under Lokesh’s leadership had recognized the importance of social media and is trying to be aggressive in the space. The party is trying to offensive on the Government and is doing a decent job in cornering the Government. So far the Ruling Party is clueless on social media space and is barely trying to counter TDP. But things will change drastically once I-PAC is in the fray. TDP itself will come under attack and there will be a Pro-Government propaganda as well. The TDP’s social media is so unorganized at this moment. It will be a task if that is not corrected against a coordinated and ruthless. At the same time, I-PAC or any political strategist can not be as aggressive for a ruling party. Working for an Opposition party is like having a free run for anything and everything. So, the next couple of years would be exciting to watch for.
