Get a Lodge brand .. other brands have some issues with chpping after multiple uses. We use 10.5 inch around with handle.

I dont see a reason why not  .. Naku Induction ledu so i cant say for sure. Amazon lo Q&A chudu .. im pretty sure someone asked this question before

Cleaning is the key bhayya .. Food gets deposited on corners and cause smoke. We use scraper to take out any food deposits after every use..  I never had any issues with smoke
