very very easy steps and regimen, but none of us can follow that today, example avoiding blue screen after 6 PM (Cell/Laptop/TV etc.,)  @3$%

Avoiding bluescreens is impossible for any human today, andhuke evvariki reverse kaka adhi irreversible disease laaga mark padindhi.

First, we need to know what we are eating and what should be eaten. 

Diabetic condition ante endi, what are the causes, roe  of food and exercise, fluctuation in sugar level enduku avutayi...you really need to spend some time to understand these stuff.

Diabetic anedi life style disease ae...ignorance kuda major pushing factor.

My sugar levels are for first time in the prediabetic range. Going low carb now, and hoping to bring down the numbers in few months.  Switched to millets like jonnalu, ragi, etc and cut down rice, wheat. Eating more nuts, eggs and now buying more keto stuff. Also intermittent fasting helps and eating smaller meals.  I am doing low carb for few months and feel better energy, even face seems to have better glow.
