2009 assembly elections ysr kanna central lo congress ki more percentage of votes and seats vachhayi 

of state lo congress balam vundadam valle jarigindi but it is mutual benifit for them

The main difference between 1999,2004 seat distribution is NDA losing 30 in Andhra , which caused a net difference of 60 seats 

BJP has always been fairly strong in North india and retained same amount of seats , it is the final push in south that propelled UPA to power 

Even now the prospect of congress coming to power looks fairly dim since they cannot even gain power in south
