You can get 200k in contracts too.. if you do 2 jobs you ll get even more. Work life balance unte 2 seyocchu. Amazon lo aithe adhi cheyyadanike saavali

But contracting and full time are two different areas ... Lot of AWS guys moved into GCP now, Google will interview FTs than the ones with contracting experience. It's a trade off one has to make
