If you are delivering on time, no one cares what you are doing rest of the time… if you don’t deliver, then they will micro manage… look back and see whether you have always delivered on time or not… whether they trust you or not.. 

If the manager is micro managing even if you deliver on time everytime, then you are in the wrong team or place.. get out of there..

some people prefer in person conversation rather than email/messging. It's normal

also sometimes people do that when they have many questions but not confident if they correct questions or stupid questions.

wfh company lo nenu alane choosa .. not one but every one alane vunnaru .. they just call any time without any prior meeting invite. more over 9 - 5 job anedhi kuda ledhu morning nuchi night varaku work chestune vuntaru unless you raise and ask that you were working and will take off no one will care about you. chiraaku vachi onsite position tesukuna malli
