Is it a Good price? Any thoughts?

I think it is a very good deal.. in the current market, anything less than $200/sft for a new home is a good deal…

Be aware that the schools in that area are bad… but there is a charter school in that area that is good

yeah.. but that charter school is good.. so you don’t have to send your kids to McKinney isd
