Yes could be true, both are talented people. I have only 2 friends that are in directorial levels in FAANG, inkodu director e kaani not FAANG. Rest mostly managerial roles lo unnaru le.

And can I spread MBA program over 4 years ? Any English or other tests needed?

Kashtame, I think MBA is a pretty useless degree. If you have good social skills and are empathetic towards others, you will be a good manager, aye. Other than that, every other business degree, finance, eco, etc. could be pursued instead of an MBA. MBA is for people whose parents are rich and you're not fit to do anything else, like Loki Anna.

Of course unless you want to do full time MBA. Work + Education + Family balance cheyyadam kastam bayya. Better to do slowly.  If you have 10 years experience + MS, no need of taking gmat + toefl. Else, you need them.

Just manager kavali ante, MBA is useless. Leadership skills lopala undali 2 years MBA cheyyagane raavu. I agree to that point. But if you want to learn how an enterprise works ante finance & economics knowledge is must. Warren Buffet aa example... always chepthadu kada I don't understand tech ani. why? yentha finance expert aina ee tech understand cheyyali ani at least koncham aina cheyyali... atlane mana tech fellows yentha thopu aina finance sector lo invest cheyyaru. why? we don't understand that space. Eppudu economics lo masters ante kastam so mba is the only option for us. Andhariki edi apply avthundhi ani cheppadam ledhu.. depends on the person and interest le.

Economics or finance MS aina manaku complete different field & specific subjects kada ani kavi bhavam . MBA aithe atu finance cover aithadhi, economics cover aithadhi, and ee organizations chuse mba degree kuda vastadhi.. all mix fruit juice anna maata.
