H1B Withdrawal

My company withdraw my H1b due to some confusion and I kept working. I came to know today, its been 50days (still in 60day grace period). Anybody went through this situation? What happens to the pay I received during this time and how it will impact my GC in future? I found another employer who will transfer my h1b but it has to be submitted within next 10days so that I am not out of status.

Mestri ganni jaldhi submit cheyyamanu.. mari review chesi revoke decision raaaka munde. Oka sari receipt number vaste picha lite... you are in status and earned that's all. Employer must pay you until they terminate your employment (for H1s, you must maintain status and you are still in status as the file is still in pending).
