Yes, heard it is safe. Have online consultation first and then do some research. HLC is famous.

How bad  is your baldness  now on  norwood scale ? 

What I heard is people who are on fin at least 6 months before transplant will have great results  as existing hair will strengthen . Also get prepared to use fin after surgery as well to save  existing hair.
