I heard Hyderabad airport is asking people to pay custom duty on extra devices 

Some guy took an iPhone 13 and he was asked to pay 35000 , even though he has only one other phone 

Never heard this in Chennai airport

carry some dollars  - mostly works - rare cases lo ante emee pattukovatledu ani airport authorities nundi pressure voste one or two folks daggira kattinchukuntaaru full amount gud luk

but phones ni peddha ga pattinchukole... last took 4 phones and 2 laptops

they only asked about extra laptop and paid fine...$10 isthe nee ishtam inka

few months back, naa degara 3 laptops vunde workvi ..not a single question asked neither stopped.

basically face value...evadu apadu. $20 kosam aputaru..and europe/US nundi dige prati okkadi degara 2 laptops vuntayi...most of the time, ninnu apetodu CISF odu vuntadu...customs odu peddaga pattichukodu unless you have more than suspicious stuff..

Two phones two laptops allowed.. provided they are not in sealed conditioned… you can say i am

using both devices
