Complete remote ayithey move to North Texas cities like Prosper, Frisco or south lo San Antonio … schools are far better than Austin. don’t waste your hard earned money on mediocre city like Austin. no proper infrastructure too much traffic and very expensive place. If you are ok spending another 200k then you can look in round rock isd (beware not all schools in round rock are highly rated). That too probably a 2000 to 2010 built home.
