My wife chavagodutudi lets buy a house ani but i am terrified inside

last 7 years lo bought 2 midsize properties in India . pillalu middle school , tennis, basketball ,dance ani eppudu edo karchu. i have around 50k savings in bank. inka inthe em levu na daggara.

ma wife h4 ead tho 2 months back job techukundi .. she is not IT background but madhyalo oka consulting vadu inteview lekunda ippinchadu.she got in but i am doubtful if that goes on for long. she gets 5k per month..

Inka 800k,900k unnai decent illu NJ lo. All my single income friends also buying all around USA,, how ani naku ardham kavatle. I am not lavish spender but ala ani mari madipoyina chapathi tine batch kuda kadu .. vellandarini chusunte bhayamestundi .. i am nothing ,nowhere ani

Both worlds manage chese vadeee king....Newark lo house konnadam antha buddhi thakkuvaaa inkoti ledhu. NJ lo full taxes almost 11% state tax yegiripothadhiii. Almost 3% property taxes ki mingesthayiii. So 400k house lo 12,000 damaaal every year. So decent house ante oka 25K taxes roopam lo marchipo...on the name of property. Malli add federal taxes and 11% state to your income tax. 

At the end of the day it’s a scrap area..I don’t even think you will see 4% appreciation every year for NJ properties..My 2 cents. Tharvatha nee istham

If you have 50K savings, you are doing better than many people.. do you have 401k? You didn’t tell me what you are doing currently and what your current compensation is.. 

you can always move to a low cost state like Florida or NC or somewhere else where the taxes are low and house prices are affordable and where you have friends… if you have a remote option in your new job and buy a house there.. 

though we underestimate our spouse, they will get on and survive in their jobs.. so don’t worry about their jobs..

Move to Philly. You can get good town home for 500k

NJ lo home buying ee market lo ante kastame baaa…. Move more towards south NC etc… and think about it… NJ lo I would not buy any home.. it’s armpit for a reason 😜😜

take a paper and write pros and cons of buying a home. you will get the answer. Nen aithey ide chestha. So do it and you will feel more confident.

140k + spouse job + 2 India properties + 50k bank balance , you must be in top 5% of the world atleast , adi kooda satisfaction undatle mana desi vuncles ki

people make decisions on emotions , especially when it comes to buying so single income , double income ivvanni farak padav , make a decision on whats best for you , don't compare in everything , sometimes comparison can be inspirational but too much of it can cause issues..

finally , be grateful to god because he has given you a lot!
