Chala mandi are going gumpu lo govinda and last decade lo no one went wrong buying a house, so ala andariki confidence vachindi. Again if it’ll continue no one knows, interest rates will increase next year and that’s the only hurdle I see for houses coming down. If they increase by 1 0r 2 % I think no one cares and the trend of speculation will continue. Single income 140k tho 800k to 900k ante I wouldn’t do it.
