H1 to H4 to H1

Hello dbaians,

My H1b expiring Jan 2022(Masters quota)

.Project dorkatledu,my wife have an i140 approved last minute I want to go to h4 and h4 ead.But if I wan to convert to H1b again what would be the process 

suggestions

If you have an employer they can again sponsor you H1B given that you have still 6 years left on your initial H1B and you don't have to go through lottery ... 

If your 6 years is over, and you want to get back onto H1B then you have to stay out of the country for 365 days and then get a sponsor to come back in and you will get 1 year of H1b which is the time for you to get your GC process started..

1.Adding a question to the above can any other employer can initiate or my current employer can only do that ?

2.Just take my I-129 and initiate a new H1b extension?

Any employer can initiate your H1B
