April lot bidding amount for lot 105 is 490K for basement lot.

it will come close to 2M to close for a basement lot and around 1.7 for slab

idi picchi ki peaks bhayya.. with the higher interest rates.  I understand you can refi later.. but, 490K - this is lot higher than my home price 🤣
