OCI doubt

The following applicants under this OCI category are not eligible to apply for OCI card. 

 

• Non Indian persons who are current or retired military, police, Armed Forces, etc. members; and
• Non Indian Civil Government workers in Ministry of Defense who are IT engineers or civil contractors.

I am a former Armed force personnel but not retired. I took early termination of service .

There is no Ministry of Defense in US  
so vadini boltha kottiyyochu easy ga !

There is department of defense (DOD) no? Air force, Space force all fall in it.
