Yes, but I've seen many foot prints and the rules changing all the time..there is also a clause saying if it's result of government order, then they can refuse to cancel but give credit. Credit must be used in 1 year time and that too by calling customer service... their rates are different saying higher class and asking to pay difference...

If you buy through 3rd party, they may have their own rules..
