Unless tata gets rid of most of them there is not much scope for improvement.

Privatize ayyaka inka govt employees tho sambandham enti? Did the govt negotiate a deal to retain them? Private ki profits important.. so i think they will get rid of these people..

Truth be said bank employees are the only ones who actually work in india 

Their pay is also very reasonable in comparison with state govt employees too. I don't agree with public bank privitisation , that's one department that doesn't need to be privatized

i don't think so.. carrying out the work at their leisure is not actually working.. they need to serve the customers which they lack. Banks should also get privatized.. I don't see your point on why not?
