I think its the same principle every where..... example...  person A buys a piece a land at 6K and sells for 10K... person B buys at 10K anticipating it will reach 20K... if the same person A foresees over supply or some recession or some change in govt policies he will sell it for 8K.... thinking that's the best offer.... even in stock market no one forces a person to sell... if hes confident about the company & stock he will hold it... every business runs on the same principle... only exception in stock market is we can sell/buy 100 times same day and transactions are easy.... ade problem... land we cant do same so we hold for longer time which eventually gives good return...
