Not sure , Charlotte side or Raleigh side. So asking.

Cities already peaked in proces so May be suburbs or neighboring areas with goid schools

If you have complete WFH, look for low cost of living cities

Kotta constructions idea unte post it here please

Try to evaluate this?

1. What is your budget?

2. What is the age of the child?

Assuming you would need minimum of 4 bedroom with guest suite on first floor.

Try in Hollysprings if your budget is above 600.

Try in Fuquay varina if your budget is above 500.

try in Garner and Wake forest if your budget is above 400.

Most of the wake schools are good. If your child just started going to Elementary, I wouldn’t worry much about rating, this area is growing fast in next 5 years ratings would change.

Try in Apex if your budget is $700.

RTP (research triangle park, triangle is Tricity Raleigh, Durham and Cary). Most desis are in Cary, Morrisville, Apex and now people are moving to Hollysprings and Fuquay Varina.
if I were you, I shall buy $500 home in Fuquay-Varina or Garner and once settle down buy a town home and give it to rent.

RTP area has lot many small to mid size companies. But most of the people work remotely, Covid and Apple’s second head quarter has changed this city a lot.

depends on what are you looking for, both mountains and beaches are far from Charlotte too. Kottha ga vacchie companies mostly Raleigh area  pick chesukuntayyie. Future appreciation Raleigh lo definitely much better than charlotte untadi.

Don’t only think from software or some pharma point of view… Charlotte lo more business jarguthadhi in all sectors and infrastructure … for example Charlotte airport handles more than 50million passengers where’s as raliegh handles around 15million this gap  is an indicator  of their overall economy …

Regarding mountains there are many destinations spots which are closer to Charlotte than raliegh like Smokey mountains, it depends on which mountain you are looking for  … beaches antava year lo once or twice velthav and difference is hardly 150miles

Raliegh area has three world class universities that’s the only advantage it has which is one of the reason for some companies preferring raliegh over Charlotte  … even if you reside in Charlotte you will be in state for those

Future lo raliegh will overtake Charlotte aa anta I don’t know
